HOA Board of Directors and Officers
The Rolling Hills Home Owners Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors of three or more members as mandated by the Constitution and Bylaws. Copies of these documents are in the Governing Documents section and all residents should have received them during the buying or closing process.
Your Board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary who also serve as HOA officers. Officers are elected to a one year term at the Annual Meeting which is generally held on a Tuesday in April. All homeowners are informed of the meeting time and place by letter. An agenda is developed for the Annual Meeting and the $50 per year HOA fee ratified
The Board meets periodically during the year to review building plans and discuss neighborhood issues. Your current Board members and HOA Officers are:
